“I have a private practice in Wales (UK) where I specialise in Relationship and Sexual problems, including sexually inappropriate behaviours. I also work with people who are facing Terminal Illness. I am dedicated to helping people improve their relationships: initially their relationship with themselves, and ultimately their intimate relationships. I offer one to one therapy, and therapy for couples including intensive sessions (7 hours over two days). I run personal development workshops across the UK and Europe. I am excited about helping people discover PBSP. I run Pesso Boyden workshops across the UK – one day open workshops, 3 day residential workshops, and Ongoing Groups that meet for 2 days at a time. I am passionate about spreading awareness of the method throughout the UK. I also work as a trainer and coach using PBSP in the corporate world. I bring my understanding of people and my sense of fun to this arena.”

“I work in private practice with individuals, couples and groups. I am also an executive coach working with directors and top executives in the corporate world. I am a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, where I direct and teach on a potent personal development programme, and coach on bespoke leadership programmes. Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP) is a cornerstone of my practice, sitting well with the systemic, psychodynamic and attachment-based traditions I trained in. I see psychotherapy as affirmative action for the soul. Through working on myself I am aware what a challenge it is to change limiting patterns and habits of a lifetime. I also know it is possible to do so, particularly when working with the Pesso Boyden system – the most powerful therapeutic approach I have come across. I am committed to bringing the power of PBSP to others. I lead PBSP groups in the UK and Europe; I am the Training Coordinator for PBSP in the UK and have organised three successful trainings to follow the first UK group in which I trained. I was formally accredited as a Pesso Boyden trainer in March 2015, and co-lead the fourth PBSP training in the UK. Please contact me to talk about Pesso Boyden therapy, supervision or training, to discuss attending one of my groups, or to explore organising a group near you. ”
